AI Enablement
Most firms have already bought the licenses and are getting generic answers back. The tools are not the problem. Nothing underneath them was ever set up, so the firm's own material stays out of reach, its methodology appears nowhere in the system, and the output reads like it could have come from anyone.
Enablement for Investment Firms
We find the workflows worth automating and build the foundation that makes them hold: a firm's documents and deal history made reachable, its own methodology encoded rather than approximated, governance and guardrails settled before capability reaches the wider team. Automation and agentic workflows follow from there, in the order the firm can actually absorb them.
We do not sell a platform and we do not resell anyone's tools, which means the recommendation is whatever fits. What we hold ourselves to is measurable: hours returned to the people doing the work, and output a partner will put in front of a committee.
Platform Builds for Operators
For operators who need software to support a materially higher valuation, we build it: discovery and stakeholder interviews, product requirements, architecture, production deployment. Phase one can be scoped on its own.
Every build is engineered to pass Big 4 technical diligence on exit, because that is where it will be judged. The commercial logic is direct. Acquirers pay 8 to 12x EBITDA for technology-enabled businesses and 4 to 6x for pure-service operators, and the platform is the difference.
